Red Cedar Inn - Pacific, MO
Historic Renovation and Rehabilitation of the Red Cedar Inn. Work included structural improvements to stabilize the existing structure, patching/finish of existing pine floors, interior finishes, all new sprinkler, plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems. An addition to rear of the building for new restroom facilities, offices, and genealogy/kids room. Work included site improvements for hosting events. This included improvements for a future pavilion.
Washington County Courthouse Annex - Washington County, MO
Washington County Courthouse Annex: Built around 1936, this building served many businesses through the years from car dealership/shop, hardware store, dance studio, and now a Courthouse.
Exterior Scope: New Steel Lintels, Tuckpointing and Repair of Existing Glazed Block; New Storefront/Entrances to meet ADA requirements.
Interior Scope: Structural Modifications. All New Mechanical Systems; Complete Interior Build Out.
